L'Osteria Euskirchen in Euskirchen

Unfortunately I have had a very bad experience here, the online order and collection was a disaster. The order was placed for 7:30 p.m., I was there at 7:25 p.m. and found a huge line across the parking lot. In sleet, I actually stood there in the parking lot until 8:00 p.m. until I got my pizza inside - kept warm from 7:30 p.m. of course. As much as I normally enjoy coming here, that doesn't work! This would urgently have to be organized differently. Was on Saturday 16.01. there.

I've been to L‘Osteria several times. It was always really good! I would give at least 4 stars for this, but we ordered recently and one dish was missing. That can happen every now and then and it wasn't too tragic, but the delivery person told us that he would deliver the dish and that didn't happen. We contacted L‘Osteria and there was no response for days. Only when we contacted PayPal (with which we paid) did we get a response. The dish cost almost € 12 and L‘Osteria refunded us only € 10. € 2 is not much in itself, but I find this behavior outrageous, regardless of whether it is € 2 or € 20. We paid for it and didn't get it. What a shame! We will not order again.

I'm slowly getting really mad at the Driss you are selling to the customer. The corona situation is difficult for all of us. But your waitress (dark long hair is the impudence in person. That someone like that works in the catering trade. For the second time in a row we are not given the food completely. Today I had five tortellinis and a few spaghetti noodles in the bowl. Photo Follows! Why? For the money it’s outrageous! Last week the same game. Very sad. You finally lost me as a customer.

I am completely disappointed with L'osteria Euskirchen, have just ordered and picked up 3 x pizzas / 3 x tortellini, the portion of tortellini underground for € 9.50 12 tortellini really laughable and then also without rolls. The taste of the pizza was okay.

Taste zero! On the phone we were welcomed in a very friendly manner and "served". The young man was polite and in a good mood. So I can't say anything negative about the staff. We drove to pick up the food, 5 huge boxes ... and this is where the enthusiasm ended. To be honest, I can't understand all the hype about Losteria. So we should have got top quality food. The spinach, garlic, egg pizza had no taste at all. Even WATER has more taste. The calzone was so full of mushrooms that you couldn't taste anything else and all the mushroom juice ran out as soup. The number of mushrooms could easily have topped up more pizzas. The tuna onion pizza was also almost tasteless. If there hadn't been any onions on it, it wouldn't have tasted like anything. The Bambini Salami Pizza unfortunately tasted like NOTHING. IN PRINCIPLE, WE COULD ALSO ORDER BLANK PIZZA BASES OR BIT IN CARDBOARD BOXES, THEN WE WOULD HAVE SAVED THE 50 EUROS. We are not picky and we are not people who only eat spicy foods. But the food should have taste (garlic, salt, pepper, etc.). Everyone deserves a second chance, as soon as you season the food properly and the food gets flavor, we might try again.

We ordered by Lieferando today. Overall, I only give 2 stars today. The pizza arrived cold and my vegetarian pizza only had a bit of toppings in the middle, otherwise it tasted like a margarita.

I really enjoy coming here. Unfortunately Corona can no longer be visited on site, but my daughter and I keep getting the Carbonara :)

Sorry but the pizza was not warm and very little occupied ... that's why I only give one star for the service ... very nice ...

I was born in Milan and think the pizza here tastes quite good. The dough is much better than in some other so-called Italian "pizzeria". The location, the map and the ambience are typical of this franchising chain. So everything is fine for me!

We've been back every now and then since it opened. There are still endless waiting times, both for food and drinks. If you are lucky, you have someone with the staff who is attentive. We'd rather go a little further to the other restaurants in the chain.

Very friendly staff. Very tasty food. However, if there is wine on the menu, staff should be trained accordingly. Still 5 stars, because delicious and all very accommodating.

The size of the restaurant also allows a good distance to the other guests these days. It is naturally a bit louder in the room but not uncomfortable. The quality of the dishes is good and reasonably priced.

Online reservation works great. As always, we were served quickly and in a friendly manner. The food tastes very good and is freshly prepared.

L'Osteria is always good. The service is not always friendly depending on when you are in front of you. We have been there several times. We found the food very tasty!

Have been there 3 times, unfortunately always long waiting times. Some of the drinks came with the meal. Unfortunately, pasta was still a bit firm to the bite. Pizzas were delicious. Unfortunately, the service staff seems untrained. The ambience is very nice, but unfortunately the rest leaves a lot to be desired.

Super chic and great service. New colleagues have just been trained and we were the first guests. And despite our thousand questions, everything was explained to us in a very friendly and above all competent manner. Always my pleasure!

The staff was very friendly, the food was good as usual. Only the three of us were there to eat with an early reservation and were only assigned a round table for two. Unfortunately, not all pizzas fit on the table and were one third on top of each other. What a shame, what do you reserve for 3 people.

Looks beautiful, smells delicious and you get taught some Italian phrases through the speakers in the restrooms. 😂 The staff is nice. They will even let you take your food with you if you can't finish it there. You can pay in cash or with your card. And during COVID-19 you have to have at least one person scan a QR-code on their phone to register (so make sure at least one person has a QR-scanner app). It's wheelchair accessible and the pizza portions are HUGE. The same CANNOT be said about their pasta portions, though. And since they go for around the same price (around the 10€ mark), people often go for pizzas here. But hey, it's your choice. On the downside: They hardly have any vegan dishes. I only found 3 (an appetizer, a salad, and a pasta dish). But, there are plenty of vegetarian options and "regular" options. If you get a pizza, you can also go half/half of 2 different pizzas. They'll charge you the price of the more expensive one as the pizzas whole price. Have fun and enjoy it.

There was hardly any spinach on the spinach pizza. The waitress said that was correct. "Everything measured." But we are often in other L 'Osterias and there was definitely always a lot more spinach on it. Only the manager agreed with us and provided a remedy. But really should have seen the waitress myself. It's a shame that I didn't take a picture of it. Otherwise the restaurant was very nice. But still only 3 stars because the waitress didn't really care.

Delicious and loud! The pizza was huge and good. The waiters quick and friendly. BUT if you want to experience a quiet and cozy meal, I think you are in the wrong place. The shop is just very noisy and even in the week there is hustle and bustle.

Works also great for takeaway at the moment
